Tender summary
Het Project bestaat uit het realiseren van een deel nieuwbouw, een deel vernieuwbouw van het huidig gebouw en het realiseren van een sportaccommodatie. Om ruimte te maken op de locatie Lijsterbesstraat zal er ook een deel gesloopt worden. Zowel de nieuwbouw als de vernieuwbouw wordt een traditioneel proces gevolgd. De totale omvang betreft circa 16.600 m² bvo, waarvan ca. 9.500 m² nieuwbouw onderwijs, ca. 5.400 m² vernieuwbouw en ca. 1.700 m² sport. Het Werk zal gefaseerd uitgevoerd worden. ca. 16.600 m2 bvo
