Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) Dental Programs requires the implementation of an Electronic Dental Records Solution (EDRS). The EDRS must be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and delivered as a Software as a Service (SaaS), located in Canada, with a bilingual interface (English and French) that is capable of handling Protected B data.
