Medtox Diagnostics Inc has various urine, drug screening, etc. testing supplies to be ordered on an as needed basis for an integral part to multiple triage scenarios, including mentally altered patients, and prenatal screening for patient care services testing at the facility. The contract will have a base year and four option years. The anticipated period of performance is from February 02, 2026 to February 01,2027. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. Vendors who believe they can provide the described services may submit a capability statement to the point of contact below. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
