Summary
Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture et la livraison de matériels et matériaux du bâtiment pour les chantiers d'insertion, et ponctuellement au personnel de terrain des agences. L'accord-cadre est traité à prix unitaires révisables. Ces fournitures font l'objet de la décomposition par lots suivante : Lot n°1 - peintures, revêtements de sols, matériels et matériaux de peinture Lot n°2 - maçonnerie, carrelage. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période comprise entre le 1er janvier 2026 et le 31 décembre 2026. Dans le cas où la notification ne pourrait intervenir avant la date du 1er janvier 2026, la prise d'effet de l'accord-cadre serait alors fixée à la date de notification de celui-ci au TITULAIRE. Il se reconduit tacitement annuellement au maximum 3 fois par période de 1 année sauf dénonciation 6 (six) mois avant l'échéance par courrier recommandé avec accusé de réception
