Stage 1 – Design – Concept design and concept site plan including proposed heights of features accompanied by programme and pricing. Stage 2 – Design approved by Council. Please note that the preferred tenderers design will go back to the Wallace Takitimu Community Board by Council for approval. The contractor will need to allow flexibility in the design for the community board to make minor adjustments. Stage 3 – Build the track to the approved concept.
