La présente consultation a pour objet l'édition, l'impression et l'expédition des courriers sortants. Il couvrira : la prestation complète de reprographie, de mise sous plis, l'affranchissement de courriers, le dépôt directement auprès des Services postaux, la traçabilité des plis, non distribués notamment et l'accompagnement au déploiement et à la maintenance de l'outil informatique proposé dans le cadre du présent accord-cadre. Accord-cadre mono attributaire exécuté par émissions de bons de commande avec un minimum et maximum en quantité : -minimum annuel fixé en quantité : 70 000 courriers, -maximum annuel fixé en quantité : 250 000 courriers. La date de début des prestations en production est fixée au 1er juin 2026
