The purpose of this solicitation amendment 01 is to: 1. Provide an updated solicitation/Request for Quote (RFQ). 2. Provide responses to vendor questions. 3. Quotations are due no later than Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 11:00AM EDT. ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO INTERESTED VENDORS*** Interested Offerors are required to complete, sign and return the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) form in order to receive a copy of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in order to provide a complete quotation for this effort. Offerors who do not submit an NDA, will not be provided with the PWS and will not be eligible for award.
