Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Ausschreibung eines Handelspartners, über den der Beitritt zum Microsoft Hochschulrahmenvertrag (gültig vom 01.05.2025 bis 30.04.2030) sowie die Überlassung von Microsoft Softwarelizenzen auf Abonnementbasis abgewickelt wird.
