Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die vollständige Montage der lüftungstechnischen Anlagen ab Bodenplatte einschließlich einer Dieselmotorabgasabsaugung in der Fahrzeughalle. Die Lieferung und Montage aller Mess-, Steuer- und Regelkomponenten (MSR) ist Bestandteil der Leistung. Die Lüftungsinstallation im Sozialtrakt erfolgt mit Wickelfalzrohren und verzinkten Stahlblechkanälen unterhalb der Geschossdecke. Das zentrale Lüftungsgerät wird über dem Werkstattbereich aufgestellt. Die Ausführung erfolgt gemäß DIN, VDI und VOB/C.
