Army Community Service (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Educator Services for USAG Bavaria (Vilseck, Grafenwoehr, Netzaberg and Hohenfels)

409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation for Family Advocacy Program Educator (FAP) Services to provide services in support of the Army Community Service (ACS), United States Army Garrison (USAG) Bavaria, Grafenwoehr - Tower Barracks, Vilseck - Rose Barrachs, Netzaberg and Hohenfels Communities in Germany. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The Period of Performance is expected to start 29 JAN 2026 – 31 Jan 2031 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with four (4) one year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract) .
