Grissom Air Reserve Base (GARB) mandates employment physicals for federally employed civilians, including new hires, transfers, fitness-for-duty assessments, overseas deployments, and other specialized testing. To meet this requirement, prospective contractors must conduct examinations according to the Performance Work Statement guidelines. Contractors must be located within the area of Grissom ARB to Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, South Bend, or Lafayette, Indiana and maintain business hours of Monday-Friday 0730-1600 (coinciding with GARB business hours). This contract will be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards. This is being solicited as Full & Open Competition for NAICS Code 621111, with a size standard of $16m. The award will result in a single or multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement. Evaluation of offers will utilize Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures. NOTE: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) program in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity.
