AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE: Please ignore the response deadline that appears in the Ariba Discovery posting. You must submit your bid and all required supporting documentation by 1400 EDT on April 9, 2027. All bids submitted after 1400 EDT will be declared non-responsive. Canada has a requirement for Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members to obtain Undergraduate Medical Education, on an “as and when requested’ basis. The CAF requires Medical Officers and Medical Specialists to support international and domestic operations, and to provide clinical care to CAF Members throughout Canada. The period of the Standing Offer (SO) will be for up to 5 years, from the date of SO issuance. It is anticipated that Canada will award multiple SOs. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). The requirement is limited to Canadian services . There are no security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer.
