Service(s) will support MSD clients with preparing for, transitioning to, and sustaining employment at a minimum in line with their work obligations. Service(s) are expected to support individuals with soft-skill development and barrier removal to support employment outcomes. Service providers will be expected to have strong networks and relationships with local employers to enable placement into sustainable employment opportunities. Service providers will also be expected to provide post-placement support to both clients and the respective employers to ensure the working relationship is as successful as possible. Please note that this Advance Notice is NOT a tender process - it is simply a notification to the supply market that a procurement opportunity is forthcoming and provides some high-level details about the opportunity. The opportunity will be advertised on the Government Electronic Tender Service (GETS) and MSD Purchasing and Finance System (called Weka).
