IT supplies for enhanced digitalisation of state institutions in judiciary and anti-corruption areas

Summary

The goal of the procurement is to enhance the capacities of selected state institutions in judiciary and anti-corruption areas by modernizing information technology infrastructure and IT systems across participating beneficiary instituions. The procurment is divided in 2 lots. The first lot covers the delivery, installation, configuration, and deployment of enterprise-grade computer hardware platforms including server systems, storage solutions, backup infrastructure, security and networking equipment, and power management systems to host case management systems for the Public Prosecutor's Office, State Attorney Office, and State Commission for Prevention of Corruption, as well as the case tracking system for the Ministry of Justice. The second lot provides a comprehensive Integrated Information Management System for the Constitutional Court featuring case management capabilities, digital archive functionality, electronic sessions management with voting capabilities, public web portal for citizen access and electronic submissions, and interoperability with external government platforms, delivered as a complete software solution with suitable hardware hosting platform. Both lots include comprehensive professional services encompassing installation and configuration of all systems, integration and testing procedures, technical training for designated personnel from all beneficiary institutions, delivery of technical documentation and operational procedures, and post-implementation support throughout the warranty period.
