TUG Fleet Maintenance will be posted to contracting opportunities from 12/15/2025 through 01/02/2026 under NAICS 811210. This contract is to provide maintenance on the smart autonomous mobile robot. This is for the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care Service at 2400 Canal St. New Orleans, LA 70119. This action will result in a firm-fixed-price service contract. The period of performance shall be for February 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Verbal and facsimile responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. No telephone calls will be accepted. If after January 2, 2026 @ 3pm CST, no viable responses have been received in response to this announcement, NCO 16 shall negotiate solely with ST Engineering Aethon INC. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract. A determination by the Government whether to compete the proposed requirement shall be based upon responses received and is solely within the discretion of the government.
