Tender summary

The USDA Forest Service intends to extend the period of performance of the Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA's) established against solicitation number 1202SC21Q0001. The intent of this extension is to align the timelines for both Type 2 IA and Type 2 Contract Crew programs. These BPAs were established for a period of 5 years from original date of establishment (May 2021 through May 2026) and with a maximum of May 2026 for those established after the original May 2021 date. All current and future BPAs will have an effective period now through May 2027 after the annual review is completed in 2026. The annual review solicitation for the BPA will be posted to sam.gov under solicitation 1202SC21Q0001 around the beginning of February 2026. There is no need to respond to this Special Notice as all further instructions for the annual review will be posted in a solicitation amendment to 1202SC21Q0001.
