Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to: Add Attachment 5 - PNQS 24-4829 Airfield Improvements AF Form 3052 - Construction Cost Estimate Breakdown Add Attachment 7 - PNQS 24-4829 Airfield Improvements Drawings - Amendment 0002 Add Attachment 8 - Questions and Answers Add Section L - Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters Add Section M - Evaluation Factors for Award Correct the previous site visit date and time to reflect 3 December 2025 at 1100am CST rather than 1300pm CST 3 December 2025. Create a new site visit opportunity for 12 December 2025 at 1000am CST . The location for the site visit is identified in attachment "Site Visit Location - Maxwell AFB Airfield Improvements" Include Attachment 6 - 12 December 2025 - Site Visit Reservation. In order to attend the 12 December site visit, only personnel who fill out the information on this document will be granted base access and will be contacted for attendance. (please see the site visit information in UCF Section L). Revise the due date for questions from due by 5 December 2025 at 1300pm CST to 16 December 2025 at 1300pm CST . Extend the offer due date from due by 10 December at 1300pm CST to due by 19 December 2025 at 1300pm CST . Revise block 12a of the 1442 to reflect “Yes”.
