INVITATION TO QUOTE (Advertisement) GOODS INVITATION TO QUOTE 12 December 2025 Project Title: Kiribati Outer Islands Resilience and Adaptation Project Source of Funding: Grant No: P176702 Contract Name: Supply of Vehicles for Outer Islands Sub-Projects Contract Ref: C1-GO-005 1. This project is financed by the World Bank through the above-mentioned Grant. Bidders are invited to submit price quotation for the supply of the following items:- No. Vehicle Type Quantity 1 4.4-ton Tipper Truck 9 units Bidders are required to bid for all items. The evaluation will be done on the total price for all items. The Successful Bidder will be required to sign a contract for all items. 2. In order to be eligible to bid, the bidder must:- 1) have experience in successfully supplying similar equipment demonstrated by at least 2 references; 2) provide evidence of after-sales facilities in Kiribati. 3. A complete set of Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents in English will be provided to interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. 4. Quotations must be delivered by email to troneti@mfep.gov.ki and copy tearawat@koirap.com.ki on 22 December, 2025 , 3pm (Tarawa, Kiribati local time) . Late quotations may be rejected.
