Tender summary

This project will provide a new electrical service upgrade for the campus. The project scope will include demolition of existing electrical equipment and generators from Building 16 as well as the building itself. A new addition will be added to Building 1 for the primary switchgear and the new generators. The new equipment upgrades will include three (3) emergency generators, associated automatic transfer switches (ATSs) and three (3) new unit substations. The project includes a 6,600 square foot addition to the south side of Building 1 for the installation of new campus electrical distribution equipment. The project also includes the installation of (3) new 600 kW standby generators for the campus.
