Award will be by an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract consisting of a base period of 12-months beginning on 01 March 2026, with four 12-month option periods, if exercised. The FFP portion of the contract will be for the recurring services and the IDIQ portion of the contract allows for flexibility in quantities, delivery scheduling, and will be ordered on an "as needed" basis.
