This Request for Quote (RFQ) is being issued to establish a hybrid Firm Fixed Priced (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M) purchase order for preventative and corrective Maintenance on Government-Owned 80 TON Shuttlelift Gantry Crane and Crane Rental Support at DLA Distribution Albany, Georgia. The Government intends to award one (1) purchase order as a result of this RFQ which will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. Amendment 0002 is hereby incorporated as of 11/20/2025. This amendment is to add four additional attachments to the solicitation and resulting award. Amendment 0003 is hereby incorporated as of 12/10/2025. This amendment answers any questions submitted by potential vendors. Amendment 0004 and Attachment 9 are hereby incorporated as of 12/10/2025.
