A site visit will only be for the Ilam and Dovedale campuses, not the satellite sites. Any cost implications for changing to a different system/supplier, needs to be captured separately as further detailed in the RFP. The three documents that will need to be completed as part of your proposal, is the RFP response form, the due diligence form and the pricing (site) schedule.
