Tender summary
The Pathology Department at OUS needs fully automatic instrumentation for use in In Vitro Diagnostics (CE-IVD) for paraffin cast on histological material, as well as fresh material (freezer section). The instrumentation shall be fully automated for both IHC (Immunhistochemistry), IF (immunofluorescosis) and ISH (In-Situ Hybridisation). Consumables shall be offered in a separate framework agreement. The department currently carries out approx. 170,000 immune colouring per annum, mainly with protocols optimised for detection systems, and an increase is expected in sample numbers going forward. The need is two parts, and the procurement will therefore include two systems with different needs, in separate sub-contractS A: Shall have a capacity of minimum 120 glass/day, and with a large selection of protocols with several different reagents and visualisation systems (colour) at the same time: a minimum of 50 reagent places on the instrument. System B: Shall have a capacity of minimum 150 glass/day and be able to do SISH, as well as have the possibility for manual application of antibodies directly on glass when driving. Tenderers can respond to one or both sub-contracts.
