Purpose and Objectives: VISN 10, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, is issuing a notice of intent to pursue a non-competitive procurement with Technical Truck and Trailed, Large Business, for Fire Engine Repair Services at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center in Battle Creek, MI. Technical Truck and Trailer has met the suitability criteria, as determined in accordance 41 USC 1901, is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), and the anticipated contract action is hereby publicized in accordance with FAR 5.101 and 5.203. The purpose of this notification is to communicate the Governments intent to solicit and award a non-competitive procurement for Fire Engine Repair Services.
