1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest obsługa serwisowa aparatury medycznej w podziale na 13 pakietów. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają załączniki nr 1, 2 i 5 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych na pakiety, wówczas Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na wybrany pakiet lub wszystkie pakiety wymienione w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ (OPZ). 4. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość zastosowania procedury, o której mowa w art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp – tzw. procedury odwróconej.
