Alongside the repair and reinstatement works to the current site to get the station operational, the building will also need some compliance-based works to be completed to ensure the building meets the minimum building code requirements. See the RFP for the Scope detail. Please also complete a Notice of Intent to respond by 18th June 2025, if you are responding to this tender opportunity. A site visit can be arranged on 12/6/25 please ring to arrange a time as per the RFP document.
