Summary
The instant requirement is for commercial products to be purchased on behalf of the Navy Recruiting Command NRC. NRC currently uses DocuSign’s digital subscription to perform remote and in person digital signing of the four signature pages required to be sent to Defense Information System for Security (DISS) for each applicant investigation request. DocuSign envelopes are required to send documents for signature via DocuSign eSignature to DISS.
