The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) intends to issue a Sole Source Contract Modification(s) to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) under Contract Number 70B02C22C00000016 to increase the contract ceiling for the procurement of up to eleven (11) MQ-9 Unmanned Aircraft Systems is support of DHS’s mission. It is anticipated that this contract actions will also extend the period of performance of the contract for an additional 12-months (October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027) to accommodate anticipated aircraft deliveries and a continuation of UAS operational and maintenance services on the existing aircraft fleet. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids. A redacted Justification and Approval will be posted in accordance with FAR 6.305(a).
