Summary
Ringsaker municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for winter maintenance on routes consisting of municipal properties. The objective of the Agreement is to keep the area accessible and safe during the winter months. Tenders can be submitted for one or more of the lots. Snow ploughing/gritting shall be carried out as needed, 5-7 days a week. Some properties shall only be cleared in order to maintain the possibility of emergency vehicles in the event of a possible incident. How often the individual properties shall be cleared/gritted is stated in the maps. The winter maintenance consists of snow clearing and gritting. Some parts of the area must be cleared manually or by using a snow thrower. There are also areas that require manual gritting. Tenderers must themselves keep suitable equipment/tools/materials adapted to the assignment. The number of snow ploughing and gritting will vary each winter season, depending on precipitation and temperature. The contract will apply for the contract signing period until 31.8.2026. The contract has a customer managed option for an extension for 1+1+1 year. The maximum value for the entire agreement, all lots, is NOK 10,000,000.
