This online pairing platform solution will help to reduce the human resources efforts required to administer such programs. The online pairing platform solution must: 1. be provided as a service that is ready-made and available for immediate use 2. not be integrated or hosted on the TBS IT infrastructure 3. be a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model that the users can access through the internet by logging on with a work email address
