Introduction Country: Serbia Description of the Assignment: The purpose is to strengthen the Government’s strategic communication and writing capacities through analysis, training, coaching, and standardized tools that ensure coherent, impactful, and professional public messaging. To strengthen the Government’s institutional and communication capacities – particularly within the General Secretariat – by enhancing strategic communication to effectively support Serbia’s progress toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Period of assignment/services: December 2025 - October 2026 Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
