Introduction Invitation to Bid (ITB) UNDP-BRB-00175 for the acquisition of a Marine lift. The goods and services include the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and operation training of a Marine lift i n Barbados Delivery date Bidder shall supply, deliver, install, commissioning, and bring the operator training of the Marine Hoist within 8-12 weeks after contract signature. Delivery place / terms (INCOTERMS 2020) DAP (Delivery at Place) Bridgetown, Fisheries Complex, Barbados Customs clearance (must be linked to INCOTERM) Shall be done by: UNDP’s broker will be handling the clearance Consignee details The consignee details for the delivery location will be provided during pre-contract meeting Distribution of shipping documents (if using freight forwarder) Supplier must share shipping documents with UNDP prior to delivering the items at least 40 days before shipment arrival in beneficiary country for necessary government departments exemption. Supplier must share the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) before shipping. Witnessed and approved by the buyer's representative virtually.
