This market research is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 10 and 12 to determine if commercial items are available to meet the Government?s need for construction management services and deliverables for planning, design, and construction of facilities and infrastructure in the NAVFAC area of responsibility (AOR) within the Continental United States (CONUS).
