Tender summary
Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, disposal and supervision necessary for the replacement and repair of several floating docks and dock guide piles. Work also includes repair of the South and North Breakwater piles in addition to the repair of various cracks and spalls at the boat ramp seawall. There are four (4) optional bid items: Option Item 1 to replace floating dock F; Option Item 2 to replace floating docks A&B; Option Item 3 to replace MRG Floating dock gangway, and Option Item 4 to remove the boat hoist trolley crane from the south pier, and to replace the north fence end panel and end guard. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Specifications for PSN 18362253 (371 pages), Drawings P18362253 (27 sheets), and the applicable wage rates incorporated herein.
