This proposed procurement will be a Sole Source to Parker Hannifin/VMT under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 811210. Size standard is $34 Million. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Parker Hannifin/VMT to remove and replace the Reverse Osmosis First and Second Pass Pumps.
