Der Betrieb der Firewall-Infrastruktur und des SD-WAN-Netzes erfolgt in Zusammenarbeit mit dem AG anhand eines Co-Management. Für die verschiedenen Standorte werden unterschiedliche SLA-Stufen definiert, diese werden vom AG vorgegeben. Die Laufzeit der Dienstleistung beträgt 48 Monate.
