Prawo energetyczne, Kodeksu Cywilnego oraz przepisami wykonawczymi wydanymi na ich podstawie. Szacunkowe zapotrzebowanie energii elektrycznej w okresie od 01.01.2026 r. do 31.12.2026 r. wynosi 1 357 957 kWh.
