Loan No./Credit No./ Grant No.: Credit No: 7049-KG; Grant No: D976-KG RFB Reference No.: ARIS-IDA-RED2-CW-RFB-2026-2 The Kyrgyz Republic has received financial aid from the World Bank to cover the costs of the Second Regional Economic Development Project in the Batken region (REDP-2) and intends to use part of the funds to make payments under the Contract for the Construction of an 80-bed dormitory for the Kadamjay District Lyceum-School located in Pulgon Village, Kadamjay City. Under this Contract, the Borrower will make payments using the direct payment method as defined in the World Bank Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing. Hereby the Community Development and Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic, on behalf of mayor's office of Kadamjay city in Batken region, invites eligible bidders to submit applications in sealed envelopes for Construction of an 80-bed dormitory for the Kadamjay District Lyceum-School located in Pulgon Village, Kadamjay City. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Proposals (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers issued in September 2023. ("Procurement Rules"), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Rules. Interested eligible Bidders can get additional information from the Community Development and Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic, Executive Director, Zhumadylov Kalybek Amanatovich, e-mail: Zakupki@aris.kg NTalantbekov@aris.kg and review tender documentation during working hours from 09:00 AM to 18:00 PM at the address below. Interested eligible Bidders can receive a full package of Tender Documents in Russian after registration/authorization on the ARIS website www.aris.kg. Pre-tender meeting to tender with bidders will be held at 14:00 hrs. of local time on July 13, 2026 at the address below. Bids must be delivered to the address below before 11:00 (Bishkek time) on August 3, 2026. Bidding in electronic form is not provided. Bids submitted after the deadline will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of members of the tender commission and authorized representatives of bidders, and all those who wish to attend in person at the address below at 11:00 (Bishkek time) on August 3, 2026.
