Tender summary
This is a construction project involving drilling of a water well and installation of a water pump, among other activities, on behalf of the United States Embassy Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This notice is reopened to allow expressions of interest due to a planned solicitation amendment which will allow offerors without SAM registration to submit proposals, pursuant to the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 4.203-2. The original solicitation was not posted publicly on SAM.gov; it was only distributed to parties who expressed interest in writing, according to the original pre-solicitation notice. The Government will electronically distribute the amended solicitation to all requesting parties. The solicitation amendment will be provided to all parties who previously received the solicitation. Those who expressed interest during the initial phase do not need to re-express interest. New interested parties who meet the eligibility criteria in the pre-solicitation notice may now express interest by contacting the Points of Contact (POCs) by December 15, 2025.
