The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential businesses interested and capable of providing the services described below. Background: The Puget Sound VA Medical Center, located in Seattle, WA is seeking a contractor to provide 7 (Seeven) Brand Name or Equal to TempArmour (Model # BFRV84) Vaccine Refrigerators . The Vaccine Refrigerators must meet all the below listed Salient Characteristics. Salient Characteristics: The refrigerators must be able to maintain temperature of 2-8 degrees C for up to 6 days during power outages. It must be able to store 220 boxes of 10-.5ml vials or 70 boxes of 10 single dose syringes. The refrigerator must meet pharmaceutical grade criteria. The VA is mandated by Public Law 109-461 to consider a total set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.
