All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 26, 2025, and will be posted through the System of Award Management Beta (Sam Beta) website at https://www.sam.gov/. The quote, signed by an individual authorized to bind the offer, must be submitted to the address contained within the solicitation posting by 10:00 am (Puerto Rico Time Zone) with a due date of December 9, 2025. The anticipated date of award is on or about December 15, 2025. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
