The overall period of performance includes the following base year and four option years: Base Year: 02/07/2026-02/06/2027 Option Year 1: 02/07/2027-02/06/2028 Option Year 2: 02/07/2028-02/06/2029 Option Year 3: 02/07/2029-02/06/2030 Option Year 4: 02/07/2030-02/06/2031 A Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued as a total small business set-aside on or about November 26, 2025, with an estimated closing date of December 10, 2025. The RFQ will be made available through SAM. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. It is anticipated that award will be made on or about January 23, 2026. The applicable NAICS code is 562111 - Solid Waste Collection. The corresponding size standard is $47 million. As stated above, the solicitation is set aside for eligible small businesses under this NAICS code. No sustainable acquisition requirements have been identified. In order to be considered for award, vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to the solicitation closing date.
