La centrale thermique du Pôle Pénitentiaire du Nord Vaudois (PPNV), qui comporte des installations de production d’énergie thermique chauffage et vapeur pour une puissance installée d'environ 5 MW (bois et gaz), a été mise en service en septembre 2018. Afin d’assurer la continuité de son bon fonctionnement, une entreprise doit être désignée en tant qu’exploitante de la centrale afin de réaliser les opérations d’entretien/maintenance pour les 5 prochaines années (juin 2026 à juin 2031). Ces prestations font l’objet du présent appel d’offre.
