Contract term: 1 February 2026 – 30 June 2026 Funding available: Up to $300,000 (Te Tai Tokerau), up to $200,000 (Waitematā) Key requirements: Services must be delivered under clinical oversight by a Nurse Practitioner or General Practitioner, align with national clinical guidelines, and demonstrate strong capability to engage priority populations.
