MoAD-ATM-5983: Building Illumination Services

Summary

Projections onto the façade of Old Parliament House would be available for public viewing for approximately 2 weeks from roughly late October to mid-November 2025.MoAD requires the following deliverables:·         Projection mapping onto the front façade of Old Parliament House, to determine specifications/dimensions for projection designs.·         Provision of building dimension information and projection mapping specifications·         Animated projection design, approx. 4-6 minutes duration, including 2-4 scenes with transitions between each scene. Individual assets will be supplied by MoAD (eg. Archival photographs, graphic design, video and/or illustrations)·         1-2 transition animations using content provided by MoAD·         Option for accompanying video components·         Option for design and animation work to be produced by the supplier·         Supply of relevant equipment and supporting infrastructure (including generator, safety lights, etc)·         Recommendation for any additional relevant costs including security required to monitor equipment outside the building for duration of installation.·         4 rounds of revisions on creative work before MoAD acceptance of final product.
