Servicio de adecuaciones integrales de viviendas recuperadas para su puesta en servicio y posterior adjudicación. Intervenciones en zonas y elementos comunes de edificios plurifamiliares: cubiertas, fachadas, ascensores (coordinando con mantenedores homologados), escaleras, patios, vestíbulos, instalaciones comunes (fontanería, electricidad, ventilación), y otros elementos estructurales o funcionales. Quedan excluidas de este contrato únicamente aquellas intervenciones que, por su carácter urgente e inminente (peligro o riesgo grave para las personas o por ocasionar la inhabitabilidad inmediata de las viviendas), deban atenderse por procedimientos específicos de emergencia o contratos de carácter inminente y no demorable.
