PSPC, on behalf of DFO-RPEM, is asking for proposals from qualified Consultants to complete a feasibility study to evaluate options for implementing a shore power system at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography that will be capable of supporting the future fleet’s operational requirements. This study will focus specifically on assessing various voltage rating configurations to determine the most suitable system for long-term performance, safety, and operational efficiency. This is a request for proposals (RFP) against the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Supply Arrangement (SA) E0225-150564. The invited firms from the electrical discipline for the province of Nova Scotia are: EA Engineering, HDK Consulting, and Strum Engineering. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. General Information: Proposals must be submitted only via SAP Ariba by the date and time indicated in the RFP.
