Specific requirements are outlined in the Client Brief. Due to the large volume of pedestrian traffic in the area on a daily basis a detailed staging plan will be required to identify a logical and phased sequencing plan that delivers the work safely in the middle of an operational educational site. Design and build solutions are sought which should be supported by proposed plans, images and computerised renditions. Works are to extend and cover classroom entrance porches. The new court surfacing works is to be designed and laid to ensure that all sumps, surface drains, manhole covers and access chambers can always be accessible and their performance unaffected. A separate and optional cost is requested to create a timber sleeper surround to the natural garden areas to the southern end of the courtyard.
