The Contract Works comprise of: • Supply of aggregate hardfill • Placement of aggregate hardfill into the Quarry Lakes. Note, final compaction of aggregate hardfill will be undertaken as part of the Belfast to Pegasus main works contract and is excluded from this tender. • NZTA invite both a conforming tender of quarry materials that meet a Principal’s fixed grading envelope and a “Tender’s Alternative” grading curve for the Principal’s consideration. Only tenderers pre-qualified to level 4B under the terms of the Transport Agency’s Prequalification System are eligible to submit a tender. Please note that this is a change from what was advertised in the Notice of Information which stated that a pre-qualification of 4C would be required. Electronic copies of the RFT documentation are attached to this advertisement. ALL TENDERER’S QUERIES are to be SUBMITTED through the GETS Questions and Answers. All responses to tender queries/clarifications will be answered by Notice to Tenderer which will be available in the GETS addenda. Tender submissions shall be uploaded to GETS eTender box in two separate files. The GETS file upload limit is 50MB.
