SERVICES D'ASSURANCES MULTI POLICES POUR GRAND DOLE HABITAT MEMBRE DE LA CENTRALE D'ACHATS IDELIANS - Procédure composée de 6 lots - particularité - Lot 6 accord cadre à bon de commande mono attributaire -Le marché est composé de 6 lots définis comme suit : o Lot 1 : Responsabilité civile générale o Lot 2 : Responsabilité civile des mandataires sociaux o Lot 3 : Flotte auto et auto-mission o Lot 4 : Risques statutaires o Lot 5 : Protection Juridique des mandataires o Lot 6 : Accord Cadre Construction Les candidats ont la possibilité de soumettre des offres pour tous les lots. Durée du marché : Sous réserve des dispositions relatives à la résiliation du marché figurant au CCAP, le marché est conclu pour une durée de 48 mois à compter du 1er janvier 2026. Le marché prendra effet au 01/01/2026 avec faculté de résiliation au 1er janvier par chacune des parties, moyennant préavis de 6 (SIX) mois conformément aux conditions prévues au CCAP. Le marché prendra fin au plus tard le 31/12/2029 à minuit.
